This handsome custom home in a community near Lakeland, Florida was originally handled by a colleague, who left the firm during the design and construction phases. I was honored to step
in and work with the homeowners throughout the crucial, final stages of the process, and to see the completed project star in its area’s next Parade of Homes.
My role was reworking the original design to achieve maximum functionality and fit with the final construction measurements,
and to help the homeowners choose the cabinetry door styles and finishes for the kitchen, family room, laundry, living room, master bath and guest bath.
They and their builder were delighted with the outcome, and I was equally delighted to have a role in creating such a warm, elegant family home that will surely be enjoyed for years to come.
